Budget deal confirmed

We can confirm that a budget deal has been reached.
The proposal will consist of four components:
1) The passage of the budget bills which were voted on earlier this month.
2) A set of trailer bills to the budget package.
3) A flat tax proposal.
4) A sales tax referral to the ballot.

The Senate introduced a set of bills which will be used as a trailer to the FY2010 budget last night. These bills will make changes to the budget which was passed by both houses earlier this month.
