Arizona Supreme Court decision

The Supreme Court took jurisdiction, but denied relief to the governor. The Legislature is not required to transmit the bills immediately, but will transmit no later than June 30.  The following is a joint statement from President Burns and Speaker Adams, “From the beginning, we have said these bills will be transmitted in this session.
